Ingredients:
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup oil
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8" square pan. Combine dry ingredients, make a well in the middle and add the wet ingredients. Stir together (the batter will be runny - be not dismayed!) Pour in pan and bake for 35 minutes.

It always reminds me of Prestwich Farms - do you remember that place? I believe it was up where Rumbi is now on Univ Pkwy. They had delicious halibut.
